das a great question...how do u kno lol.... but i think its intinct and ull know when to slow down at that point or what to do.
if its too slow.. you question it. i mean you question what your role is.. your bored. thats how u know if its too slow.if its too fast.. then u may not be comfortable, to the point where u cant breath and want to get away from that person.
